Our dedicated and licensed providers will physically meet you where you are, ensuring your utmost comfort and convenience. Whether you are at your home or residing in a living facility, we make it a priority to come directly to you! We also service long-term acute care facilities (LTAC), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs).

Development of a wound specific treatment plan

Not every wound is the same. Each wound presents its own unique set of challenges and requires careful evaluation. Our dedicated team of specialists will thoroughly identify the specifics of each wound and customize your treatment plan accordingly to ensure the best possible healing outcome.

Adjunctive therapy

We work in coordination with your current healthcare team. We currently collaborate with many local primary care offices, surgeons, wound clinics, home health, and more! Patients that qualify for home health also qualify for our in-home treatment. This means that you can receive treatment from BOTH home health and Paradigm Wound Specialists throughout the week. This will allow you to heal from home and avoid re-hospitalization! Think of us as a traveling/mobile private office that comes to you!

Our Wound Care Treatment Services Include:

  • Wound Vac / Negative Pressure Therapy
    We can prescribe and manage wound vacuum assisted therapy. Negative pressure via vacuum-assisted pressure can expedite healing and promote healthy tissue formation.

  • Skin substitute/Grafting
    We utilize a slew of artificial wound coverages that range from: porcine (pork), placental, “stem cell,” and more! Our team will obtain pre authorization from your insurance prior to application— these grafts are typically approved at NO ADDITIONAL COST to the patient!

  • Debridements
    Our providers can perform in-home debridement. We are skilled and proficient in adequate pain control prior to your wound cleaning. Debridement is the quickest way to manually remove unhealthy tissue from the wound bed.

  • At Paradigm Wound Specialists, we carefully check your insurance benefits to make sure that your wound care services and products are covered before we begin treatment. This helps reduce any financial worries and enables us to deliver the best care for your needs, similar to what you would pay at a regular doctor's office, as we accept most major insurances.

  • Medicare, UHC, VA, TriCare, BCBS, Community Care, Healthchoice, Medicaid and Medicaid Advantage, Aetna, UMR, Cigna, Humana, Medicare Railroad

  • You do not need a referral to work with us. Fill out a new patient form and one of our providers will be in touch as soon as possible.
