With over 8 years of clinical experience in the field, I've honed my skills in assessing, treating, and managing a wide range of complex wounds. My commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning ensures that I provide the best care possible.
I take pride in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive wound management plans, tailoring them to each patient's unique needs. I believe in empowerment, both for my patients and their families, to promote wound healing and prevent complications.

Heather Brandwein

I'm Heather Brandwein. I am a dedicated wound care and family nurse practitioner with a passion for building relationships and improving the quality of life for my patients. My clinical background involves complex wound care services, inpatient management and family medicine practice. I believe that my diverse experience in multiple healthcare settings gives me a dynamic perspective of the complexities of multidisciplinary wound care management and the holistic care of patients.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and am devoted to ensuring my patients receive evidence-based and disease tailored care. Our team is committed to staying up-to-date with advancements in wound care services, and I am dedicated to translating that knowledge and skill to my patients.
Personally- I am a devoted wife, mother, dog mom and Chiefs fan. I enjoy sports, being outdoors, and cooking!
Kellie Spicer, LPN
Kellie Spicer is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has been serving the healthcare community since 2019. With a diverse clinical background that spans critical access hospitals, wound care, and home health, she has cultivated a robust skill set that enables her to provide exceptional patient care across various settings. Her experience has not only sharpened her clinical abilities but also fostered a deep appreciation for the nuances of patient needs and the importance of compassionate healthcare delivery.

Myanne Meese
Administrative Assistant
I'm Myanne Meese, an Administrative Assistant who is committed to enhancing organizational efficiency and fostering a productive work environment. I have experience working in different areas in healthcare for over 15 years. Born and raised in the Philippines, I was a Registered Nurse there until I moved to the United States in 2013. Although I haven’t pursued a nursing career in the US, I continue to enjoy working in the healthcare field and I’m currently dedicated to providing excellent administrative support to medical personnel and compassionate service and assistance to patients.
When I'm not busy with work, I enjoy traveling with my husband David and our little girl Allyson.
Leslie Ferguson, LPN
Leslie Ferguson has been a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) since 2011, specializing in home health and wound care. With extensive experience in providing compassionate care to home care patients, she is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those she serves.
As a proud mother of four adult children, Leslie cherishes her family and values the time spent together. When she’s not caring for her patients, she enjoys traveling and embarking on exciting cruises, seeking new adventures and experiences. With a passion for nursing and a love for her family, Leslie continues to make a positive impact in her community while exploring the world around her.
Tyler Agee
I am Tyler Agee, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, who strives to provide expert patient-centered care. With nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare, I understand the importance of delivering evidence-based care to promote optimal healing while ensuring patient's specific needs and goals are met. Treating a wide array of acute and chronic wounds, I take a comprehensive approach to achieve complete wound resolution and prevent negative patient outcomes. Helping others and making a lasting positive impact is a huge driving force in my life.
Before joining Paradigm Wound Specialists, I worked as a Hematology-Oncology Nurse Practitioner. In my free time, my wife, Nicole, and I are busy trying to keep up with our three daughters, Ellie, Annie, and Palmer.
Jillian Steyl
APRN-FNP
Jillian Steyl is a highly skilled nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in health care. She has worked in the inpatient hospital setting, urgent care, primary care, cardiovascular surgery and most recently wound care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence based care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, burns, arterial and vascular wounds.
Jillian’s expertise extends to advanced wound care techniques, infection prevention, and comprehensive patient education to promote healing and improve quality of life. Her collaborative approach ensures that patients receive individualized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
Passionate about wound care, Jillian stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in treatment modalities and technologies to deliver optimal outcomes. Outside of her practice, she enjoys contributing to professional development initiatives and mentoring the next generation of healthcare
